The Design

A high tech EEG device may look intimidating at times, so through our design we wanted to convey a comforting and familiar appearance with a soft natural feel and fun colors. We kept the tech minimal and enhanced the comfort, ensuring ample space for ears and an easy to spot clasp. To encourage more real-time interaction with the dog we ensured all important information about how the dog is feeling (hunger, happiness, anxiety, etc.) is prominently displayed on the headset, and we kept all the more specific logistics on the phone app for the user to check on later.

The App

For the integrated app Hatch Duo partnered with DigitSense to bring it to life. We carried over the colors from our color trend analysis for continuity and they ensured that all information could be easily understood and accessible.
