Data That You Can Actually Interpret

Health apps can be boring to read and hard to understand, our approach to designing the app sought out to combat these common setbacks. Factors like medications, diet, and lifestyle impact erectile health all play a role in the Tech Ring data equation. As designers, we wanted to make this data beautiful to the eye and easy to interpret as well so the user would be able to easily enhance their sexual health.

Expression of Adventurous Lifestyle

Hatch Duo sought out to create an ergonomic, yet playful design with a bold silhouette and expressive transitions between design elements to serve as a statement to support the adventurous lifestyle of FirmTech community. We tested many different forms to ensure that the underwearable was comfortable to wear, versatile, and provided consistent data feedback around performance.

Unique Playfullness

When designing such an intimate product we had to carefully try different combinations of playful colors, soft material, and intuitive texture to help bridge the gap between the unique technology of the Firm Tech Tech Ring and fun, energetic bedroom experience. We found that choosing more masculine colors, soft materials, and textures that felt plesant on direct skin helped users feel excited and energized in the moment and helped to empower them to continue using the Tech Ring.

A Form to Fit All With Materials That Enhance Pleasure

The Tech Ring is designed with an innovative patented design made to enhance pleasure and sustain sexual wellness with a unique latch-and-loop form that makes it easy to adjust around sensitive anatomy. By using a proprietary softer elastomer, the Tech Ring is able to fit comfortably and adjusts easily for a stronger performance and enhanced pleasure. We tested many different forms to ensure that the underwearable was comfortable to wear, versatile, and provided consistent data feedback around performance.

Thoughtful Packaging

Sex toys, even ones with medical purposes, should be fun- they’re toys after all! We felt that the packaging was as much a part of the experience as the experience of wearing the Tech Ring itself was. When unboxing a Tech Ring the user is able to remove the ring along with the charger allowing for a seamless transition from box to bed side table.
